Thanks a Million: Professionals Fundraising Milestone with NBCF
In September, National Breast Cancer Foundation Diamond Partners, Professionals Real Estate, presented NBCF with a cheque for over $1,000.000 as a token of their fundraising efforts over the past six years.
The event held at Sydney's Luna Park was part of Professionals Annual Conference.
Sue Carrick, Head of Research Strategy at NBCF was on hand to receive the over sized cheque from Professionals Bathurst owners James & Toni Thompson during an emotional presentation.
Diamond Partners since 2007, Professionals Rea Estate undertakes the responsibility to raise a minimum of $250,000 each year.
James Thompson of Professionals Bathurst said “Working with NBCF was on of the most satisfying elements of his career”.
“It’s a massive occasion for us”. Mr. Thompson said.
“We are very proud to be here tonight. Statistics will tell you that if you live a life that is unaffected by breast cancer, you are well and truly in the minority.”
“Every year we are on step closer to a cure, and we will maintain our support until that time and beyond”. Mr. Thompson said.
